Although Leading with Heart provides a great introduction to the theory and practice of character development, for some participants the continuation of one-to-one coaching can prove extremely valuable.
This course is for individuals in leadership roles looking to further cultivate their strength of character.
Leading with Heart provides a great introduction to the theory and practice of character development - and is intended to give participants the tools they need to continue shaping their own personal development journey long after the programme ends.
In some cases, however - especially for participants who, due to the nature of their roles, face particular tests of character - the continuation of one-to-one coaching can prove extremely valuable.
That depends on the individual in question. Each participant sets their own specific goals - with the facilitator guiding them to inform their own conclusions on how they can be realised.
As a result, participants generally become more accountable, reflective, and self-aware - enjoying stronger relationships with themselves and others.
Coaching is bespoke, so will always be structured around the needs of the client. Sessions are usually 75-90 minutes, and are complemented by out of session contact with participants.
A 10-month course might typically consist of ten sessions, following the below structure:
The participant is matched with a coach, expectations are set and coaching - rooted in the context of current challenges - begins.
Feedback and self-assessment processes are used to measure progress, recalibrate priorities and tackle any persistent areas of concern. Meanwhile, new effective practices are refined and reinforced.
Guided by their coach, participants look back on their experience, mapping their progress and charting a course for continued development as they apply their learning to whatever new challenges lie ahead.
